Friendsgiving 2014. 15 people, 2 dogs and 1 tiny NYC apartment.

It's the day after Friendsgiving and I'm feeling like all of my pants magically shrunk overnight! How does that happen?! I think it might have been the third helping of mashed potatoes.

Yep. No regrets.

2014 marks our 3rd Thanksgiving in New York City! This was the 1st year for us to host Friendsgiving.

We kicked off Thanksgiving morning with a walk across Central Park to see the kick-off of the parade... in the snow! Then gobbled down brunch with friends while watching the rest of the parade on TV and trying to figure out all the new pop stars that Tweens are drooling over these days. :)

Richard cooked a turkey and I wrestled Sundae to the ground outside when I thought she picked up a turkey bone. That dog.

We served a yummy 'cranberry sauce' cocktail.

I love to play group games at dinner parties, especially when not everyone knows each other.

There were 16 turkeys to be found around our apartment... and the winner 'won' Thanksgiving. Naturally.

And it wouldn't be a Friendsgiving without Thanksgiving trivia!

We had such a fun night with friends, our NYC family. They brought delicious food (sooooo much food) and good conversation, filling our home with memories.

Friendsgiving 2014.
And now.... CHRISTMAS decorating!!!

PS - I should say 16 people with Baby Hickson on the way. A very cute pregnant Drea! =)
